Planning

The website provides various planning documents for individual teachers and schools. They have historical enquiry at their heart to provide a clear balance of substantive and disciplinary knowledge. All units of work are going to be updated in the new style but this is a work in progress (any labelled new include lesson PPTs and resources alongside 6 detailed lesson plans).

The detailed lesson plans follow the sequence in the image below with the intention of answering each of the enquiry questions using the knowledge gained throughout.
